Eat Like a Viking at the Largest Buffet Restaurant in the Philippines (Vikings Davao)

There is always a good way to treat ourselves. One of those is to visit a buffet restaurant which serves the best dishes, delectable desserts and thirst-quenching beverages any person would definitely wish for. The good news is Davaoeños and Davaoeñas need not travel to other cities before we can experience a luxury buffet dining. Vikings is now open at SM Lanang Premier and ready to cater to the needs of every foodie in the city.

Vikings is the largest buffet restaurant in the country with at least six hundred capacity. The Davao city branch only has a capacity of five hundred for its seating guests. Did you know that Vikings Lanang is the first branch outside Metro Manila? The first of its kind in Davao dining, Vikings features full live show kitchen in all its seven stations. The actual cooking will not only show high-quality and fresh food but will entertain the guests on how their food is prepared.

The Vikings team invited me and some of the Davao food bloggers for a dinner at their newest branch in the Philippines. Each of us was allowed to bring three guests so I brought my family along with me. I'm really glad that Vikings gave me a chance to enjoy a luxury buffet experience without making prior reservations. As of the moment, most of their seats are already reserved so foodies who would like to visit Vikings must make prior reservation via their Facebook page.

Allow me to give you a tour of Vikings Lanang by showing these photos...

Verdict: Vikings is a must-visit! It is the only place in Davao city that can satisfy all your food cravings. With an affordable introductory price (as compared to other hotel buffet prices), you can already enjoy a grand feast. As the Vikings Director Mr. Hao said "We thought it would be a good time to show the Dabawenyos a new way of dining... something that they have never experienced before."

Vikings puts premium on Philippines festivals and Filipinos love for food. Trust me, visit Vikings now and I can guarantee that you will have a good time.

Current promotions:
  • Dine at Vikings on your birthday! The birthday celebrant gets to eat for free on his or her birthday as long as accompanied by one full paying adult and an ID for proof of birth date.

    1. I'm not sure if they can cater to weddings and debuts. I think the price to book the whole place would be too high :)

  13. Oh my word!?! Look at all those yummy, delectable treats on the table! My hubby and family have already dined in Vikings (Quezon City) and had so many good feedback about the place. He said, approx it was 800 Php ++ per head and eat all you can with all those selection. Imagine that! I haven't eaten there yet bec I haven't been home lately in Pinas. But once I visit back home, I'll certainly ask my family to reserve a slot for us.
