Taste of Hong Kong at Lotus Court

Marco Polo Davao launches its second wave of the Chinese Chef series with Chef Yeung Kwan Cheng who will be showcasing some finest Cantonese dishes at the Lotus Court from April 16-21, 2015.



Chef Yeung Kwan Cheng, also known as Sunny Cheng, will be serving some of his signature Cantonese dishes like Jelly Fish with Chopped Spring Onion and Sesame Oil, Baked Tiger Prawns Szechuan Style, Stir-fried Black Vinegar-Marinated Beef with Sliced Garlic,  and Sweet and Sour Pork with Blueberries. 

Prior to joining Marco Polo Ortigas’ Lung Hin, Chef Cheng was the Executive Chef of the Royal Pacific Hotel and City Garden adding up to his two decades of culinary experiences in international hotels.
